What’s the scoop on the “Mages re-spec” comment/instruction about midway thru the vid?

I’m not sure which comment you’re referring to, but around the mid-way point is when Phase 3 starts (actually when Nef is at 20% health, but it’s right at the half-way point of the video), and Phase 3 is all about the mages. It’s their job to kill the constructs with AoE spells.
